Admission Policies

Appointment Booking
To ensure the comfort and time of our clients, registration for visits is mandatory at our clinic. Appointments can only be made during clinic hours. Unregistered individuals will also be accepted (if possible), but they may need to wait, as registered clients have priority. In addition, we strive to accommodate urgent, life-threatening cases (e.g., post-accident patients); however, despite our willingness, we may not always be able to assist, as there may be other patients in critical condition at the clinic. We appreciate your understanding.
Visit Time
During the phone conversation, we will ask you a few necessary questions about your pet (age, species, symptoms, duration). This information is essential for us to schedule the best possible appointment and estimate the time needed for the doctor to conduct the visit. We strive to see patients on time; however, sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, the waiting time may be extended. If you have scheduled a specific visit, such as for vaccination, and your pet falls ill or the purpose of the visit changes in the meantime, please contact us in advance.
Surgery Booking
We do not schedule animals for surgeries without prior qualification for the procedure. During the pre-surgical visit, we have the opportunity to clinically examine the patient, listen to their heart, and discuss the procedure. Before anesthesia, we recommend performing blood tests and an echocardiogram.
Visit Preparation
Some visits require prior preparation. For example, if blood sampling is necessary, the patient must come fasting for 10-12 hours. The comfort of our patients is extremely important to us; therefore, aggressive or highly stressed animals may need to be pharmacologically prepared for the visit. We strive to communicate all information promptly, and in case of any doubts, we encourage you to ask questions.
